Admission Documents required for WHU CSC Scholarship

• Passport information page copy
• Academic documents including degree and transcript copies. Educational documents copies need to be notarized
• Study plan
• Two recommendation letters
• Physical examination form. This document is to be signed by medical practitioner confirming the health status of the applicant
• Non criminal record certificate
• Acceptance letter. This is an optional document
• Language proficiency certificate.

Chinese Taught Program

Chinese proficieny score HSK4 is required for admission in masters and PhD program being taught in Chinese. Applicant with HSK 4 score need to attend 1 year Chinese language program before regular studies. However applicants with HSK 5 or above are exempted from 1 year Chinese language course and they may start their studies directly

English taught program

IELTS (band 6 or above), TOFEL (80 or above)is required. English Proficiency certificate from the previous institute can also be used in place of exam score however applicant need to clear additional English language test of Wuhan University.

Step 2 : Register on university portal and submit online application. Admission portal link is given below

Funding source will be mentioned as Chinese Government Program during online university application.Upload all the application documents. There is no application fee for Wuhan University.

Step 3 : Wuhan University admission office will evaluate the applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview

Step 4 : Final list of selected students will be released after approval from Chinese Scholarship Council and successful students will be notified through email. Registration at Wuhan University will be done by the end of August 2024 or start of September 2024.
