- Educational documents. Educational documents including transcripts and degrees need to be notarized
- Research plan
- Two letters of recommendation
- Physical examination form
- Passport copy
- Passport size photo
- Non criminal record Proof
- Acceptance letter. It is mandatory document for Dalian University of Technology
- Language proficiency certificate. For Chinese taught program HSK 4 is minimum requirement while for English taught program IELTS 95.5 or above)/TOFEL (80 or above) is to submitted. However students who have completed their previous education in English are exempted from submission of English language exams score and they may submit English Proficiency Certificate issued from their previous institute

Step 3: Email the documents to the international students office, Dalian University at [email protected] in zip format.
Step 4: After interviews, final admission letters will be issued by the end of July 2024 Registration at the university will start in the first week of September 2024.
