Admission Documents required for East China University of Science and Technology CSC Scholarship
- Passport photocopy
- Academic documents including degree and transcript. Educational documents copies to be submitted need to be notarized.
- Acceptance letter . Requirement of acceptance varies from department to department. Please check the department requirement by click on official link given at the end
- Two recommendation letters. Recommendation letter should be older and their issuance should be after 01 September 2023. Proper contact information of the referee should be clearly mentioned in the recommendation letter.
- Study plan
- No criminal record certificate
- Physical examination form. This form Is to be signed by a medical practitioner confirming the health status of the applicant
- English proficiency certificate or IELTS(6 or above) /TOFEL(80 or above) score for English-taught programs. Chinese proficiency score (HSK 5 or more ) is to be submitted if applying for any Chinese-taught program

Step 2: Submit application on ECUST online application system, link is given below
Upload all the required documents including copy of the CSC application form from Step 1.All applicants need to submit application as self sponsored initially in university’s online application system and submit the scholarship application during the procedure
Step 3: pay the application fee. Application fee of East China University of Science and Technology is 600 RMB
Step 4: After review of applications, shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and final selection list will be issued around August 2024.
